Firsts...

Finn has had a month of firsts.  To begin this month, Finn has had his first cold.  Poor baby, it was terrible.  Actually is was terrible for both of us because he was so congested that he had trouble sleeping and woke up every hour in the night for about 10 days.  I almost went crazy.  The Sunday night before he woke up sick he was so tired (I guess already getting sick) that he feel asleep sitting strait up in his daddy's arms:

The weather finally got nice enough for me to walk outside with Finn.  Of course I did this last summer after he was born but he didn't even realize we were walking.  He loves it now.  He loves to look around and see all the other people.  I usually walk by the park at the end of our block and Finn got to swing for the first time recently:

Finn has gotten so long that he now can't fit into his baby bathtub.  So this month he also got to take his first "big boy" bath.  I found a super cute bath mat at target that looks like a frog so he won't slip.  He did really great and sat up wonderfully:

For a while, Finn had no desire to sit up.  He could sit up but would just prefer to lay down and roll around on the floor.  Now he loves to sit up, also, he now trys to sit strait up in everything including his stroller and bouncy chair:

Lastly, I'm hoping that I'll get to say he crawled for the first time soon.  He is trying so hard so I don't think it will be long.  He also loves loves his walker.  He walks all around the kitchen area and bar in it.  He also had decided that Stan is so funny.  He watches Stan walk around and play all the time and he just laughs, it is so cute.

I specifically remember stating before Finn was born that my blog was not going to only contain information about my child because that drove me crazy when my friends did that.  Haha, I guess I didn't realize that I was going to spend every moment of my life caring for Finn and that I have no information of significance that doesn't include Finn.  Anyways, happy week!!
