I'm so behind!!

I have so much that I wish I would have posted in the last month but now I don't have time to do all of it.  I really hate that my blog is being neglected due to my sweet baby.  So Finn is three months old and week or so.  He has really started to be more fun.  He is making all kinds of fun noises, making cute faces, grabbing toys, and smiling a lot.  However, he is still pretty difficult in the evenings and still hates being in the car.  He is getting better though and I'm really looking forward to next month when I hope I'll be able to start feeding him some cereal or give him juice to help his tummy troubles.  At his two month appointment he was in the 80th percentile and he is still growing like a little weed.  I usually put him in 6 month old clothes because he is so long.  I have a feeling he will be a tall boy! Here is his three month old picture.  He was saying something to me, not sure what of course:
Everywhere I go, people tell me how pretty his big blue eyes and long eyelashes are.  I love that.  Of course I think they are great too!
For Halloween this year Finn was a banana.  Cade really didn't like that but I waited so long to get his costume that you just have to make due with whats left.  I actually thought he was precious!  It wasn't cold enough though by Halloween for him to wear it for very long.  Finn is a little hot body.
My banana!
I was really worried how Stan would take it when I brought Finn home.  The first month, he was really stand off-ish but now, he loves Finn.  I put Finn down on a blanket while he was sleeping and Stan went to lay by him.  Sometimes when I'm in the shower Finn will be crying in his bouncer chair and Stan will go over and lick his feet.  I keep reminding Finn that Stan is my dog!
Looking around.
A new funny face he makes now.
I really feel like I'm settled into being Finn's mommy.  Although he is just unruly sometimes, I have gotten so much better at calming him down or just loving him while his tummy hurts.  I have tried to get out a little more even though he cries sometimes.  The last two weeks we have been working on getting him to sleep in his own bed upstairs (instead of the bassinet) and we are making progress :)  That was harder than I thought it would be.
Right now, I'm really looking forward to the holidays.  Now that Cade and I have Finn, everyone in both families have kids and we won't be left out of any festivities.  This Thanksgiving I feel like I have so much to be thankful for.  I am so richly blessed.
More pics and updates to come :) Oh yes, I'm also reading President George W Bush memoirs and I'm loving it!  I'll post on that too when I finish it.
