Roommate Weekend!!

Every year (or six months) all of my roommates from college plan a weekend to get together and catch up. This past weekend I hosted them at my house. It was so wonderful to see them. No matter how much time we have spent apart we pick up like we had just seen each other yesterday. These girls hold a very special place in my heart. They are friends that I'll have for the rest of my life. It was so refreshing to catch up on all the details of their lives, jobs, families, husbands, and churches. We had fun laughing together, crying together, and remembering our fun college extravaganzas.

This time was a little different as Libby wasn't with us because of her new job half way around the world. We missed her! Libby did mail us some beautiful scarves from Kenya that we are all wearing in the pic below (and in our pajamas). We also got to talk to her for a short time on Skype on Saturday. All we did this weekend was sit around and talk, eat good food, get pedicures, and do a little shopping. What a great weekend!!Love you girls!!
