One of the biggest blessing of my life has been having wonderful, caring, loving, God-fearing, best girlfriends who love me for who I am and have always been there for me! I've always been thankful for them but the older I get, the more I realize how much I cherish those relationships. I think as an adult, its harder to forge the tight friendships because you spend more time with family instead of friends. Obviously there is nothing wrong with that but I'm thankful to have girls in my life who know where I came from, grew up with me, watched me fall in love in love with my groom, prayed for me when I had my son, and can speak truth into my life. I am a different person because of the ladies and I thank them for that!
On that note, last weekend I got to see them (minus one- Libby we missed you dearly). I feel silly repeating everything that you can read here on
Chels' blog but we had a blast! We ate good food, talked, cried, laughed, told stories of our kids, ate, talked, ate, laughed some more, and ran in the Houston Color Run (which I highly recommend). I had a blast and can't wait to see these girls again! Love yall!
Enjoy some pictures from our run together-
