15 Months

I took these pics several days ago but I'm behind in posting because Cade has been out of town and Finn and I both have been sick.  Getting no sleep is no fun.

15 Months

A few things about Finn right now:

• He weighs 24 pounds and 3 ounces.  I don't know how tall he is because I haven't been to his appointment this week yet.  We upgraded to a size 4 diaper and mostly wearing all 18 month size clothes.  Except for the shorts we wore today since it was 80 degrees in November!  He fits best into his 24 month pajamas and his foot is still a size 5.
• Finn has begun to run.  Because of this, he doesn't walk anywhere anymore...he is always running.  This also means we have had some epic falls lately.
• He is beginning to express some frustration in ways that I'm not enjoying.  When he gets really mad he will grab my face and yesterday he sort of bit me for the first time.  This is no good and I'm trying to nip it in the bud right now.  It seems he is most frustrated that he can't communicate what he wants even though he understands what I say.
• Speaking of, he understands so much.  I can't even list everything this month because I feel like he knows what I'm saying to him now.  This is so fun!
• He can be so precious and sweet.  He loves to give hugs and he will caress my face sometimes when he is really tired.  He loves to sit on the couch and read and lay his head on my shoulder. He also has the best sense of humor and is happy so much now.  He loves to laugh, wrestle, tickle, play chase, peek-a-boo, chase Stan, and laugh all the time.
• He still loves to play ball and these days, we spend a ridiculous amount of time reading books.  He loves to be outside and I have to tell him no sometimes, like when its 6 am or raining.
• He generally goes to bed really easy now and sleeps about 10 hours.  He is taking one nap after lunch for about 1 1/2 hours to 2.  
• I haven't completely weened him off the bottle yet.  I know I know, I should but I'm scared to because he is finally going to bed so good after his nightly bottle.  
• Finn technically has 5 teeth, which is late, but one should be through any day now.  Because he is still teething he is putting everything in his mouth still which is why he is getting lots of colds.  This has been so frustrating for us because I feel like he always has a runny nose and we've been to the doc several times lately.  
• Finn has his first real haircut this month.  Here is a pic or two of the fun times:
