NURSERY PICS!

I know July 4th was forever ago, but I thought I'd go ahead and share this pic of Cade and I about to watch fireworks:

So Finn's nursery still isn't completely finished but I'm ok with that :)  My rocking chair won't be in until almost August and I need something to hang above Finn's bed but I'm just not really worrying about those things right now.  If he comes tomorrow, I'll be ready.  Also, I am very much a neat-freak and sort of a minimalist with my house so I don't even want a bunch of things sitting around in his room or on the walls.

I'm loving the stripes my wonderful husband did for me!!  Here is a picture of the bed:

And yes, I know there aren't supposed to be pillows in there while he sleeps, those will go in my chair when it arrives.  Here are the curtains:

This picture doesn't really do them any justice, this is actually one of my favorite parts, it just brings the room together so nicely!  And Lastly here is Finn's changing table:

Notice the stuff sitting on the changing pad- that's what I'm taking to the hospital for Finn (aren't I so prepared-haha). 

Last Saturday Cade and I took the first half of the baby birthing class that our hospital offers.  It was actually really great information for me and I learned a few things I didn't know.  There were about 20 other couples in the class and so many of them were so serious!!  Cade and I, unfortunately kept cracking up at things (it actually was quite comical).  The teacher had us whisper in each others ears encouragement to practice for the Dad's to encourage us Mom's during delivery- that was hysterical.  I'm sure the people around us thought we are too immature to be having a baby.  I plan on making this a fun experience if I can though :)  We have the second half of the class this Saturday and we will get a tour of the hospital's Labor and Delivery wing, I'm excited about that.  I can't believe it's almost here!!  Another doctor appointment of Thursday and I should find out if my body's preparing for delivery- yeah!!
