5th Anniversary

Friday was Cade and I's 5th Wedding Anniversary!!  We decided not to buy eachother gifts this year since we just bought new baby furniture and paid the doctor bill for my upcoming delivery :)  however, I think this was my favorite anniversary yet!  Cade surprized me with flowers at work:

I just love them!!  Look at little Stan in the backgroud, haha!  After work we went to dinner together at Roadhouse and then went and saw the movie 'Date Night'.  Our night was fun and laid back and we still got in bed by 10 (just call me grandma!).  I think this was my favorite anniversary because every year that passes I am more in love with Cade and more blessed to him as my husband.  We go perfectly together and this year, we are looking forward to starting the new adventure of partenthood together.  There is no one in the world I'd rather share that with my my precious husband!!  Happy Anniversary honey!

On Saturday, we got to sleep in (meaning 7:30) and lay on the couch and watch TV, eat cinnomon rolls, and read for a while.  After we got dressed we took our own cars and picked up food and met at the car wash and ate on the porch while they washed our cars.  We got to run by our friends house and hold their sweet new baby and then I was off to my Mom and Dad's.  Matt and Holly came in to spend the weekend and so I went over to play with Haylee for the afternoon.  She is precious!!  On Saturday night, Cade and some of the boys played in the Wylie Rotary Bowling Tournament.  One of our friends is in the rotary and got them all signed up to be a team.  They got all into it and had bowling shirts made- it was hilarious!!

A few of us girls bowled a game after they were done and believe it or not, this pregnant girl got a Turkey (3 strikes in a row)!!

Today, my Mom cooked a fabulous Sunday lunch for our family.  She made ham, beans, potato casserole, broccoli with cheese, fruit salad, cucumber salad, and bread, and a chocolate meringue pie- yum!  So I ate until I felt like I could pop and went home and took a nap.  What a great day!!
