It puts life in perspective.

Yesterday I accompanied my sweet husband to Jenny (Ross) Bizaillion's funeral.  I'm sure most of you have heard by now if you are in the church or ACU network about her story.  Cade's family grew up with the Ross family in Mesquite and Cade's sister was a good friend and college roomate of Jenny's.  As I sat there yesterday my heart just broke for their family and close friends.  I can't imagin losing one of my college roommates so early!  Although it seemed that it sholdn't have been her time, I have never attended such a great funeral.  It was so encouraging to hear the thoughts of the family and hear about what a wonderful Christian daughter, sister, mother, and wife Jenny was but most of all it was awesome to hear the family praise God and share in that time with them.  It just really puts life in perspective.  It makes me feel so blessed to have my family and the wonderful health we have been blessed with.  It makes me thankful for this little person growing in my belly and that I have such a wonderful man to share this experience with.

As of yesterday, I am now 16 weeks pregnant.  Baby T is now around 4.6 inches long, the size of an avocado- crazy hu??  I'll have more info to post on this soon.

Shane and I listened to the service last night when we got home from dinner and it was so great...praising, laughing, crying...what a neat day.
