On Saturday morning I completed my first triathlon and I FINISHED!! I didn't do as well as I had expected that I would but I'm so glad I did it and that I finished. Everyone is asking me if I'll do it again, and yes, I think I will however I'm going to do an actual training program next time. I feel like I could have been way more prepared. My final time was 1:38.41. I estimated it would take me an hour and a half but the last part of the race, the run, was really hard for me and I wasted a ton of time by not doing well in that part. I'm still pleased with myself though because I finished and I'm actually not sore today. Here are some pics to document the day for you:
