OK! I admit it... I am utterly addicted to the Twilight Series like I'm a teenage girl wishing she could fall in love like Bella Swan. I can't figure out what it is about this juvenile story that has ripped me away from everything important in the last three weeks to sit on my rear end on the couch and read. Like I said, it all began about 3 weeks ago. Cade went on a hunting trip and I had a night to myself. I'm always on the look-out for a super good book (because if it isn't super, I'll read only 1 chapter). Since I had heard all the hype about these books I ran to Target and picked the first one up. I haven't put it down since. I'm about 3/4 way finished with the fourth and final book. All I have done is think about what is going to happen. Cade and I even got massages on Saturday and I laid there for the whole hour thinking about Edward and Bella! Am I going crazy!?!
The more I've thought about this book the more I've come to realize how I can totally relate to Bella and how her story is so closely related to mine, minus the vampire part of course. She knew from the first moment she saw Edward that he was something special and she wanted to be with him. He was amazing and beautiful and she feels so unspecial, just downright plain. She spent a period of time away from him that nearly killed her and then got the love of her life back. She thinks he is perfect in every way and feels like she doesn't deserve him. He would do anything for her and loves her back just as much as she loves him. I can relate all too well with this story.
I'm staying up tonight to finish this book if it kills me so I'll let you know how the ending turns out.

Thank you for making me feel normal! I didn't start reading until last week, and I am only buying them on the weekends, so I am on the third book (as soon as I get it!)..
Michael even took me to go see the movie a second time this weekend since I had now finished the book.
And I definitely understand the attraction to Edward. :)

I understand book addictions. The outside world doesn't exist when I am in the middle of a book. I forget to eat or sleep.
